Welcome to Pro-Fit and Wellbeing. By accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions which govern all seated exercise classes, personal training and online coaching sessions provided by us. 1. Services Provided Pro-Fit and Wellbeing offers: - Seated Exercise Programs (group or individual, in-person - online coming soon) - Personal Training (tailored 1-on-1 fitness coaching) - Online Coaching (remote training programs, check-ins and digital support) Services may include fitness assessments, workout plans, nutritional advice, mobility exercises and video-based instruction. 2. Client Responsibilities Clients must: - Provide accurate health and medical information before starting any program. - Inform their trainer or coach of any changes in health status. - Use appropriate clothing, equipment and environment for safe participation. - Obtain medical clearance if required by Pro-Fit and Wellbeing. 3. Payments and Cancellations - Payments for seated exercise sessions must be made as it states on the invoices. - Payments for personal training must be made on the completion of the arranged sessions. - Unless cancelled, online coaching memberships will be made by DD, this is after a one-time payment for the remainder of that month. - Personal training or coaching sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or the full session fee may be charged. - Refunds are only issued at the discretion of Pro-Fit and Wellbeing, and in accordance with our refund policy. 4. Liability Waiver By participating in any service, you acknowledge and accept that: - You take part at your own risk. - Pro-Fit and Wellbeing is not liable for injuries, health complications or damages arising from participation, unless caused by proven negligence. - You agree to follow all safety instructions provided. 5. Intellectual Property All workout programs, videos, documents and content provided, remain the property of Pro-Fit and Wellbeing. They may not be copied, shared or distributed without written permission. 6. Online Services For online coaching: - A stable internet connection is required. - Pro-Fit and Wellbeing is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control. - Sessions may be recorded for quality and accountability, with prior notice. 7. Data Protection We collect and store client data securely in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal information will never be sold or shared without consent, except where required by law. 8. Changes to Terms Pro-Fit and Wellbeing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website. 9.
