Refund Policy –

Pro-Fit and Wellbeing

At Pro-Fit and Wellbeing, we aim to provide high-quality, accessible fitness services. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed the following refund policy to be fair and transparent across all our services: seated exercise, personal training, and online coaching.

1. General Refund Principles

  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing via email to [Insert Your Email].

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms below.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Seated Exercise Classes (Group or Individual)

  • Prepaid Block Bookings: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first session of a block may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Missed Sessions: Missed or unattended sessions within a prepaid block are non-refundable and non-transferable unless due to medical reasons with proof.

  • Cancelled by Us: If a class is cancelled by Pro-Fit and Wellbeing, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

3. Personal Training (1-on-1 Sessions)

  • Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a personal training session without charge.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a session, will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

  • Session Packages: Packages are valid for 3–6 months (depending on the agreement). Unused sessions beyond this period are non-refundable.

  • Medical Issues: If a client is unable to continue training for medical reasons, a partial refund or credit may be issued with appropriate documentation.

4. Online Coaching Services

  • Digital Products (e.g. PDFs, Programs): Once accessed or downloaded, these are non-refundable.

  • Ongoing Coaching Plans (Weekly/Monthly):

    • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

    • Refunds for part-used coaching periods are not provided, but we may offer account credit at our discretion.

  • Custom Coaching Plans: Customised plans are non-refundable once delivery has begun.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be offered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Prolonged illness or injury (with medical documentation)

  • Bereavement or major life events (considered on a case-by-case basis)
